What to Expect:|
Classes generally include yogic philosophy, flowing sun salutations, and static
postures held for strength and flexbility.
Intro/1 will be geared at new students or students wanting a review of fundamentals.
Level 1-3 classes incorporate more challenging postures and sequences when appropriate - but eveyone will be given options that are safe and suitable for their abilities.
