Fall Yoga Retreat
October 8-10
Land of Medicine Buddha
Taught with Delana Thompson, this retreat will feature asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, and chanting. More Info Here

What to Expect:

Classes generally include yogic philosophy, flowing sun salutations, and static postures held for strength and flexbility.
Level 1-2 will be geared at newer students or students wanting a review of fundamentals. Level 1-3 begins to incorporate more challenging postures and sequences when appropriate. In either case, students new to yoga are always welcome and will not be encouraged to push past their limits.
