We all have access to the rewards of asana practice - the immediacy of tangible sensation and embodied experience. You know I love asana, I do it almost every day! In the last few months however, I have been especially grateful for my non-asana practices and the support they give me. These practices connect directly to the mind and the heart - providing both focus and calm. They are also rejuvenating practices on days when you don't have the physical stamina for an asana practice. Give yourself the gift of expanding your practice.
